El viernes cerró con +18% y hoy lunes, tras las presentaciones en ASCO, sube en pre un 15.5% más, por lo que está la acción a $16. Los "grafistas" dondé veis la siguiente resistencia? veis posible que llegue a $18? A tener en cuenta el alto short interest...puede provocar un buen "squeeze"

Algún  analista han reiterado BUY con PT de $30

Yo tengo orden de venta en 19'91... doblando en un mes, me daría "con un canto en los dientes" a pesar de llevar una cantidad limitada.

Edito: si durante la sesión veo que no va a llegar, probablemente la ajuste a la baja.

TGTX es una de mis mayores posiciones, he ido acumulando desde 2014. Yo a ese precio también me daba con un corn en los dientes. Pero ha subido mucho recientemente

También sacó buenos datos el viernes y sube en pre. Si baja o hace colocación habría que entrar para la PDUFA.

Ongoing Phase 1b/2 clinical trial assessing Dynavax's (NASDAQ: DVAX) TLR9 agonist, SD-101, combined with Merck's KEYTRUDA (pembrolizumab), in patients with advanced melanoma showed encouraging results. The data will be presented at ASCO tomorrow afternoon ( Abstract #9550).

In a subset of seven patients who had not been treated with a PD-1/L1 inhibitor, the combination produced a 100% response rate, including a 29% (n=2/7) complete response rate, considerably better than KEYTRUDA as monotherapy (33% and 6%, respectively).

In 12 patients who failed anti-PD-1 treatment, the introduction of SD-101 produced tumor shrinkage in 42% (n=5/12), including two (17%) partial responders.

The combination was generally well-tolerated with no dose-limiting toxicities observed in any dose cohort.

Los 15,06 ya eran resistencia considerable ... no veo mas resistencia importante hasta los 18,8x

Si el precio abre y se mantiene arriba ... el limite por abajo es el minimo de la vela de apertura en 30 minutos, al menos eso es lo que yo vigilo. Si pierde ese minimo lo mas probable ( que nunca seguro ), es que se vaya a cerrar el gap ese mismo dia o en los siguientes.

To be equally clear, as compared to results of studies of [Perjeta] in the context of metastatic disease and neoadjuvant therapy, APHINITY is a disappointment," concludes a critical editorial in the New England Journal of Medicine, published Monday, written by Dr. Kathy Miller of Indiana University.

Perjeta appears to work better in women with a higher risk of breast cancer recurrence -- those with lymph node-positive and hormone receptor-negative disease. It is these women who will likely be candidates for Perjeta adjuvant therapy, if approved, but the benefit is marginal and the incremental cost may be unacceptable, Miller adds.
