Este press release en mi opinion está lleno de “ trampas”1. No pone la edad de los pacientes, importantisimo 2. Habla de pacientes con condición severa, mucho menos grave que cuando es critica3.  Si observáis la mortalidad de los tratados con esta medicación en este trial es 37 de 397, esto es un  9.3 por ciento . Si no me equivoco.4. En un estudio independiente del centro de control disease , sin este medicamento se afirma que pacientes Críticos hospitalizados mueren el 2.3 por ciento.   Of the confirmed cases, 1,023 patients—all in critical condition—died from the virus, which results in a CFR of 2.3%.  https://www.cidrap.umn.edu/news-perspective/2020/02/study-72000-covid-19-patients-finds-23-death-rateAlgo no acaba de cuadrar.Si a todo esto sumas que la noticia viene de Gilead y que se publica justo antes de anunciar los malísimos resultados de GDP USA.Hasta que no salga alguna autoridad médica hablando de esto positivamente no me lo creo, si sale Fauci o Birx esta noche y le dan importancia sería otra cosa. En fin que cada uno crea lo q le parezca naturalmente....

En mi opinión no dice nada que justifique la euforia, solo dice que los tratados durante 5 y 10 días tienen la misma reacción.No dice nada de la eficaciaThe study demonstrated that patients receiving a 10-day treatment course of remdesivir achieved similar improvement in clinical status compared with those taking a 5-day treatment course

The study demonstrated that patients receiving a 10-day treatment course of remdesivir achieved similar improvement in clinical status compared with those taking a 5-day treatment course (Odds Ratio: 0.75 [95% CI 0.51 – 1.12] on Day 14). No new safety signals were identified with remdesivir across either treatment group. Gilead plans to submit the full data for publication in a peer-reviewed journal in the coming weeks.“Unlike traditional drug development, we are attempting to evaluate an investigational agent alongside an evolving global pandemic. Lo que está reflejando lo que pasa en la economía es el petróleo, ya q la fed no lo manipula, y también oro y Bitcoin.A la Fed le queda un mes de plazo. O se arregla todo rápido o en mayo cae la bolsa después de que los tipos de pongan en negativo o casi.Vamos a ver

Como curiosidad para que veáis,Esta foto es de esta tarde en Frankfurt en un parque, tweet a la policía de una personaAyer repuntaron las infecciones en Alemania.Un amigo en España ingeniero me dice que a su empresa le han encargado construir un hospital de 20.000 m2 para entrega en dos meses!. Objetivo tenerlo preparado segunda ola del virus en Octubre. en Alemania están haciendo lo mismo, construyendo hospitales y plazas UCiS, saben que vuelve.

En realidad no creo que nadie esperara algo diferente, es decir si ya habían anunciado que comprarían deuda soberana  sin límites bajo el programa especial de la pandemia el que ahora anuncien que esa misma deuda la aceptarán como garantía no debería ser  una gran cosa..Esto no debería hacer subir la bolsa. Si a algún banco le faltaba liquidez ya ahora o más tarde podían vender esa deuda en vez de utilizarla como garantía contra un préstamo del BCE
